the Rooflight Company has once again played an integral role in the refurbishment of chic, unique apartments in London. A bespoke 600mm x 1800mm rooflight automatically opens or closes depending on the weather conditions, allowing sunshine to illuminate the King’s Cross penthouse. The property, once owned by entrepreneur Sir Clive Sinclair, offers spectacular panoramic views of London’s population and most famous landmarks. Using a mixture of modern and traditional materials, architects McDonnell Associates have created a soothing contrast to the bedlam of Kings Cross below, underlining the emphasis on living in splendour.
